I would consider this article a fairly written, they seems to have all the information needed to conclude that their information was well researched and he appeared to know what they were talking about. I am not exactly sure if it was biased because at some points it made it sound like they were upset that so much money goes here or so much goes there, but it may have been the way it was written, although it may be an argument that too many social programs are abused and the republican candidate wants them eliminated because it makes the people lazy and not want to work, it is an opinion which everyone is entitled to but they back theirs up fairly nice. The authors seem to be very researched in the topic so perhaps it was just say this is how much goes here vs how much goes there. The quality of the writing seems very high and well thought out, the graphs were certainly a great touch so you can visibly see the change in amounts, and if any bias at all was within the paper it was hidden and can be brushed off as the authors maybe disagreeing with one another or just stating factual information especially since it was written while presidential campaigning was going on. Personally I think the programs talked about in this article are important to the well being of the people who desperately need it, although I do think something needs to be done with all the abuse that does take place within the system we should not eliminate them completely.
